2-Day Experiential Workshop, March 28/29, 2026

Join us for a rare opportunity to study directly with Michelle Glass, the creator and author of Daily Parts Meditation Practice® (DPMP®) — a powerful and practical method for deepening integration and coherence in IFS-informed healing.

Whether you’re new to parts work or a seasoned practitioner, this immersive two-day workshop will offer a gentle yet profound journey into the heart of your internal system — and provide tools you can carry into both your personal life and your professional practice.

What is Daily Parts Meditation Practice®?

DPMP® is a structured yet soulful practice developed by Michelle Glass to help individuals develop a daily, relational connection with their parts, extending the healing potential of IFS well beyond the therapy session.

Michelle’s framework includes 6 beautifully crafted tools of integration:

  • Parts Timelines

  • Parts Catalogue Cards

  • Parts Biographies

  • Parts Maps

  • DPMP® Guided Meditations

  • Parts Externalisations

Each tool supports a different aspect of healing: building trust, mapping your system, reducing burdens, and inviting deeper connection with Self.

Used together or individually, they form a daily rhythm of gentle attention and embodied integration
