Join me and six others for a six-week journey exploring our parts through demonstrations, reflection, and shared inquiry.

Each session begins with a short going inside practice, followed by a gentle check-in to help us arrive together and feel held in the group. One person will then have the focus for that session and receive a live demonstration. There is a wonderful gift in being co-witnessed in this process. You’re welcome to bring material related to a client for supervision, something arising in your own inner world, or a particular protector or exile you’d like to explore.

During the demonstration, we’ll pause at key moments to reflect together, highlighting decision points and where we are on the map, so that learning is both embodied, witnessed and clearly grounded in the process.

These six weeks are designed to enhance your confidence, deepen your understanding, and refine your application of the principles of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model in both your personal and professional practice.

If you are already IFS Level 1 trained (or have equivalent training), you are warmly welcome to join.

Thursday evenings: 6–8pm (online)
Dates: 29 Jan, 5 Feb, 12 Feb, 19 Feb, 26 Feb & 5 March

The cost is £55 per session ( £300 if paid in advance ), with a commitment to all six sessions.
