Foundation Training

At OneSelf we offer a comprehensive in-person training - 12 full days across 4 weekends, blending foundational and intermediate aspects of parts work practices.

• Oneself Practitioner - Completion and certification qualifies you as a 'OneSelf Practitioner' (OSP)
