MasterClasses
At OneSelf, we offer a series of MasterClasses — advanced experiential workshops designed to deepen your understanding and practice.
These specialised, two-day workshops are designed to enhance your confidence, deepen your understanding, and refine your application of the principles of the Internal Family Systems® model in both your personal and professional practice.
If you are already IFS Level 1 trained or equivalent, you can take these as standalone workshops to refresh and expand your skills, or as part of your journey through our OneSelf training pathway.
If you have completed the OneSelf 12-week Foundation course and all three MasterClasses, you will gain the recognition of OneSelf Master Practitioner (OSMP).
Learning with Elise & Christiane is an absolute joy! Their authentic presence, and the experiential approach they brought to the weekend made the theory come alive!

Working with inner conflicts and opposing parts.
In the IFS model, polarities describe pairs of parts that embody opposing qualities, beliefs, or energies within us—like the achiever and the pleaser, or independence and connection. These polarities can create inner tension or conflict, but they also hold the key to greater self-awareness and integration. During this workshop, we will explore how recognising and understanding these opposing parts can help us find balance, reduce inner struggle, and access deeper parts of Self that can hold and harmonize these polarities.
-
Understanding and transforming inherited emotional patterns.
In the IFS model, legacy burdens are the outdated beliefs, emotional wounds, or patterns passed down from previous generations that can influence how we see ourselves and others. These burdens often shape our behavior and inner landscape, sometimes creating inner conflicts or limiting our freedom. During this workshop, we will explore how identifying and working with these inherited burdens can lead to greater self-awareness, healing, and wholeness.
-
Deepening Self-Leadership and facilitating healing.
In the IFS model, unblending is the process of gently helping a part to step out of a fused state so that it can be seen clearly and understood. This allows us to access our core Self, which holds qualities like calmness, curiosity, and compassion. The healing steps involve recognizing and befriending parts, unblending from any extreme emotions or beliefs, and then providing safe, compassionate space for those parts to express and transform. During this workshop, we will practice these core techniques to deepen your ability to work with parts and facilitate healing.

In the IFS model, parts mapping is a practical way to identify and understand the different parts within us—each with its own feelings, beliefs, and roles. The 6 x F’s are a helpful framework to explore these parts. Using these, we can develop a detailed map of our internal system, which supports greater self-awareness and compassionate understanding. During this workshop, we will learn how to use parts mapping and the 6 x F’s as powerful tools for deepening our connection with ourselves and facilitating healing."
